Description:

Motivators. What Drives You to Achieve Your Goals?

Have you ever set a goal for yourself and struggled to achieve it? I think we’ve all been there. I know I have! When I fail to achieve a goal, it’s not because I don’t know what to do or how to do it. It’s because I’ve been pulled in other directions. It’s because I’ve been more motivated to take other actions rather than the actions I need to take to accomplish my goal.

Understanding what motivates us, what inspires us, and what we deem essential is a vital first step towards achieving our goals. If you know your natural motivators, you are far more likely to pursue the right opportunities for the right reasons and get the results you desire.

Do you know what drives you? There are seven dimensions of motivation that filter and guide our behaviors and decisions. During this session, you’ll learn more about these motivators and how to leverage them to achieve your goals.

Learning Outcomes

  • By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
  • Self-assess the intensity of each of their motivators
  • Explain how motivators affect behavior
  • Identify alternative strategies for leveraging motivators to achieve goals
